Beth and Jerry began
playing together 15 years ago, as members of the bluegrass
band "Side Saddle".
Their first regular gig came about,
when Sam Sr., of Sam's BBQ in Los Gatos , heard Moonglow
sing "Scotch and Soda", and asked them to play at his
restaurant on Tuesday nights. In six months, Beth and Jerry
were packing the house. They played at Sam's BBQ from 1998
to 2001. The cd
Moonglow Live!
is 24 songs recorded at Sam's BBQ during this time.
Jim Colbert was a regular at Sam's,
which led to the collaboration with him on the cd
Where Could I Go.
In 2004 for Moonglow moved up to
their lavender ranch in Western Oregon, and they now play in
venues around Roseburg, Oregon.
